Tricia Vermilya is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic specialist, educator and co-owner of Posh Medical Spa. With nearly three decades of nursing experience and more than a decade devoted to aesthetic medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness and integrative care, Tricia brings exceptional clinical knowledge and a highly personalized approach to every patient she treats.
Tricia began her nursing career in 1996 and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2011. In 2013, she expanded her practice into aesthetic medicine and has since completed extensive advanced training with some of the most respected practitioners and educators in the industry.

Tricia founded Posh Medical Spa in 2022 and continued expanding her vision in 2026 alongside co-owner Dr. Matthew Higgins. Her expertise and artistry were recognized in 2023 when she was named Best Aesthetic Injector.
She partners with Victoria Thread Company and travels regularly to New York City to lead PDO Thread courses, sharing the advanced techniques and clinical insight she has developed throughout her career.
